Standard Rate
Cancellations made up to 21 days prior to arrival are free of charge.
For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, a charge equivalent to one night’s stay will apply.
In the event of a no-show, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Non-Refundable Rate
Reservations booked under a Non-Refundable Rate are fully chargeable.
In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Group Bookings (Two Rooms or More)
For group reservations of two rooms or more, full prepayment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations or modifications made up to 40 days prior to arrival are free of charge.
For cancellations or modifications made after this period, as well as in the case of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.

Emperose Residence is located within a residential neighbourhood. We kindly ask our guests to respect the tranquility of the area, particularly during quiet hours:
15:30 – 17:30 & 23:00 – 07:00
Arrival Information
Kindly inform us of your expected arrival time in advance, as we would be delighted to welcome you in person whenever possible.
Should your arrival time fall outside our hostess’s availability, you may enjoy seamless independent access using your personal entrance codes, which will be sent to you one day prior to arrival.
Our team remains at your disposal should you require any assistance before or during your stay.

Guests are kindly requested to present a valid form of identification and a credit card upon check-in.
