Arrival & Departure

Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request and subject to availability, with a supplementary fee where applicable.
Reception & Personalized Check-in
At Emperose Residence, check-in is offered exclusively upon appointment, allowing us to curate a discreet and seamless arrival experience.
Guests who have shared their estimated time of arrival will be personally welcomed by an Emperose representative. Should no arrival time be provided, secure entrance codes will be sent one day prior to the scheduled arrival, ensuring effortless and independent access.

Housekeeping Services
Daily housekeeping services are carried out between 09:00 and 13:00, with utmost respect for your privacy. Should you prefer an alternative arrangement, we will be pleased to assist upon request.
Sustainability
We care for our planet and the preservation of our physical resources. If you share our views, you might help us control water consumption. Please place the sign, found in your apartment, on your lavatory sink, in case you need the refreshment of your towels.All of our cleaning products are environmentally friendly.
Toilets
Due to our privileged location, we kindly inform you that the drainage system is particularly sensitive and you should use the bin provided in each bathroom for any tissues, feminine hygiene products or any other trash.
Quiet Hours
To preserve the tranquil atmosphere of the property, we kindly invite our guests to respect the designated quiet hours:
- Winter Season (October 1st – March 31st):
15:00 – 17:30 & 22:00 – 07:30
- Summer Season (April 1st – September 30th):
15:30 – 17:30 & 23:00 – 07:00
A Breath of Fresh Air
In keeping with the refined character of Emperose, smoking and vaping are not permitted within the interior spaces of the property.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, smoke detectors are installed throughout.
Should any smoking occur during your stay – a 150 Euro cleaning fee will be charged to your account.
Morning Offering
Each morning, a thoughtfully prepared morning boost offering will be discreetly placed outside your apartment, presented in elegant, bespoke packaging.
Should you prefer not to receive this offering, kindly inform Emperose team.
Accessibility Statement
Emperose is a listed heritage building, protected by the Ministry of Culture. Its restoration was undertaken with exceptional care and respect for its historical and architectural significance, in full compliance with the directives of the Archaeological Committee.
Consequently, it was not possible to implement structural alterations that would allow full accessibility for guests with mobility limitations. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding.
Pets Policy
In accordance with Greek legislation (Law 1652 / 30-10-1986, Government Gazette 167 A), pets are not permitted within the property.
Due to the distinctive nature and preserved status of the building, it was not feasible to create dedicated facilities for pet accommodation. We thank you for your kind understanding.
Cancellation & Policies
Standard Rate
Cancellations made up to 21 days prior to arrival are free of charge.
For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, a charge equivalent to one night’s stay will apply.
In the event of a no-show, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Non-Refundable Rate
Reservations booked under a Non-Refundable Rate are fully chargeable.
In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Group Bookings (Two Rooms or More)
For group reservations of two rooms or more, full prepayment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations or modifications made up to 40 days prior to arrival are free of charge.
For cancellations or modifications made after this period, as well as in the case of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.
Residence Policy
Emperose Residence is located within a residential neighbourhood. We kindly ask our guests to respect the tranquility of the area, particularly during quiet hours:

Arrival Information
Kindly inform us of your expected arrival time in advance, as we would be delighted to welcome you in person whenever possible.
Should your arrival time fall outside our hostess’s availability, you may enjoy seamless independent access using your personal entrance codes, which will be sent to you one day prior to arrival.
Our team remains at your disposal should you require any assistance before or during your stay.
Additional Information
- Guests are kindly requested to present a valid form of identification and a credit card upon check-in.
- Smoking is permitted exclusively in outdoor areas.

d) install and promote, in any way, any kind of unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or spam, pyramid schemes and any other form of unsolicited content promotion, as well as install and promote advertisements without the written consent of owners.
e) install, promote and/or make available content that contains software viruses or any other electronic code, files or programs designed to interfere with, destroy or limit the operation of any software or telecommunications equipment or prevent other visitors from using this website.
8. In any case of illegality or contrary to these Terms of Use of this website, visitors are obliged to compensate the owners for any positive and consequential damages. The beneficiaries’ non-exercise of their rights under these Terms does not imply a waiver of these rights.
9. In order to access certain services or to connect to certain websites, the owners may be asked for the visitor’s information in order to grant a relevant access code (or codes). The above data must always be true, accurate, valid and complete.
